The people treating your sleep

Oregon Sleep Center treats chronic insomnia in adults, and that is the whole practice. Every clinician here is licensed in Oregon and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

Week to week, that means your sleep window is set from the diary you keep rather than from a template, and it moves when your nights move. It also means your clinician has seen the stretch in the middle of a course where sleep gets worse before it gets better, and knows what to do with it. Appointments are by video, from anywhere in Oregon.
